Wood & Müller Consulting and Visas is a private company that provides visa and passport services in Serbia, for the people of different nationalities who are willing to travel to the countries listed on our home page. The services are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Defined Terms:

- “Service” means visa and passport services provided by Wood & Müller Consulting and Visas
- “You” or “your” or “their” or “Client” means the person visiting the www.woodandmuller.com website. Also, it includes the individual as a representative on behalf of the company
- “We” or “our” or “us” or “Wood & Müller Consulting” shall mean Wood & Müller Consulting and Visas whose place of business is Cara Urosa 11/2, 11158 Belgrade, Serbia
- “Terms” means these Terms and Conditions
- “Working Day” means a day between and including Monday through Friday, and do not include public holidays and weekends.
- “Client’s Profile” means the short information provided by the client about himself/herself or about his/her family members and visa sponsor.

Website Access
The client agrees to access and make personal use of this site and will not download, modify or use any portion of it except with the written consent of Wood & Müller Consulting. This website or any part of this website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold for any purposes including resale or commercial use. Also, you may not use the Wood & Müller Consulting logo without written permission.

The compilation of all content of this website is protected by Serbian and international copyright and related rights laws and the graphics, logos, text, various images, data compilations, video clips and software are the exclusive property of Wood & Müller Consulting and its software suppliers.
Disclaimer of Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Wood & Müller Consulting, and any third-party content providers, provides the Service and the information stored on the database(s) made available on the Service on an “AS IS, AS AVAILABLE and WITH ALL FAULTS” basis, and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the use or performance of our website. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Wood & Müller Consulting disclaims all warranties. We make no warranty or representation that the operation of the website and its servers will be uninterrupted or error-free neither that any email sent from Wood & Müller Consulting are free of error, viruses or other harmful components. Wood & Müller Consulting will not be responsible for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this website, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.
Services
At the client’s request Wood & Müller Consulting will try to process application for visas, passports or any other documents related to the visa application processing with highest priority and efficiency. However, we shall be not held responsible for any delay in processing related to the couriers or embassies or any other related agencies in delaying or not issuing such applications for any reason. Also, we shall not be held responsible for expense arising from or in connection with: Incorrectly or falsely completed application forms or incomplete supporting documentation.
We must point out that although we will use our best endeavours to ensure the success of the application, we cannot guarantee that it will be approved.
The fee which shall be payable by the client in respect of the services provided by Wood & Müller Consulting is exclusive of any consular charges whatsoever.
In case of visa denial and refusal full charges will be applicable. If embassy charges are refundable – they will be returned but our service charges cannot be refunded irrespective of the outcome of the visa application.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the validity of the said visa/passport/document obtained includes and covers the period in which the client plans to enter or leave the country that the client is visiting and for the number of entries to that country.
If you pay for our service by credit card, debit card or Pay Pal, a surcharge will apply. The surcharge is the percentage of the amount being paid and varies depending on the payment method used. The surcharge will be calculated at the time of making your payment. Please ensure your daily limit and the variable funds for your chosen payment method are enough to cover the surcharge.
The communication between Wood & Müller Consulting and the client may occur by phone, emails or office/personal consultations. You will be deemed to have engaged the services of Wood & Müller Consulting upon payment of the service fee.
Fees
Wood & Müller Consulting service fees may vary according to the client’s individual situation. After taking an assessment of the client’s personal circumstances for a relevant visa the client will be informed about the cost of the service for his/her situation.
Additional Fees
Wood & Müller Consulting may have additional expenses on the client’s behalf. Such expenses include translation service, document certification, photocopying, telephone calls, courier and postage costs. These expenses are in addition to our service fee and will be charged to client at cost.
Information Provided by the Client
The information provided by the client for the processing of the visa application must be correct including personal and contact details. Wood & Müller Consulting will rely on information provided by the client in the provision of service without having independently verified or assumed responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
Variation
This agreement may be varied in writing by mutual agreement. The work performed by Wood & Müller Consulting to the client will be in accordance with the terms set out in our terms and conditions.
Period of Engagement
The period of service provided by Wood & Müller Consulting to the client may vary and will be dependent on the service purchased and speed with which information is received from the client. Also, it depends on the time taken by the relevant third party (authority, department or embassy) to process the visa application.
Termination of the Agreement
The client may terminate this agreement with Wood & Müller Consulting at any time by giving a written notice. The date of termination will be the date upon which written notice is received by Wood & Müller Consulting. Also, Wood & Müller Consulting may terminate this agreement with the client at any time if there are reasonable circumstances such us: providing fraudulent or bogus documents or misleading information; lack of response from the client; the client is not providing requested documents in a timely manner or for any other breach of terms of this agreement. If the agreement is terminated Wood & Müller Consulting’s service charges cannot be refunded.
Document Retention Policy
Wood & Müller Consulting will hold your personal information on our systems only for as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or until the completion of your visa application process. We generally delete personal data within 60 days after our service conclude. Also, it is our practice to return all your original documents at the end of completed service. The destruction of personal data will happen without written notice to you.
Disclaimer
Please note that we are not an embassy and are not affiliated with any government. In almost all cases embassies charge fee for visas. If we handle your application, we also charge a fee for our service (advising on the requirements, helping to prepare your application and where is necessary mailing your application to the relevant embassy).
Miscellaneous
Wood & Müller Consulting reserve to update these Terms of Conditions, as well as other content of the website. Therefore, it is your responsibility to check any amendment to these terms.
